THE WESTBURY STEEPLECHASE . . : ; . Much diminished in value from former years, the Westbury Steeplechase will be run for the thirteenth time today at Sheepshead Bay. It has been won by some of the best steeplechasers of our turf history. Dr. Catlett, Plato, Zinziber.
