JOCKEY D0DD RETURNS FROM ENGLAND BALTIMORE, Md., September 11. Jockey Walter Dodd, who left Cuba last spring to accept an engagement to ride for Mr. Benson in England, has returned to this country. Dodd is enthusiastic over the racing en the English tracks, and says that the fastest horse in that country, in his opinion, is Arion, winner of the Jubilee Stakes. Arion ran his mile and one-quarter in that race in 2:.03. Dodd was quite successful -on the other, side. He I contemplates going from here to Cuba.
