AL KOENIGSBERG RULED OFF THE TURF NEW YORK, N. Y September 20. At a meeting of the stewards of the Jockey Club, held yesterday, there wen- present Major August lielmont. II. K. Knapp, Andrew Miller, John Sauford ami R. T. Wilson. On motion, duly seconded, the jockey license of L. .McAtee was revoked, under rule 213 nf the rules of racing. On motion, duly seconded, it was resolved that Al Koenigsberg be warned and ruled off the turf for offering and making a present to a jockey ia violation of the rules of racing.
