AL KOENIGSBERG RULED OFF THE TURF NEW YORK, N. V.. September 20. At a meeting of the stewards of the Jockey Club, held yesterday, there were present Major August Belmont. II. K. Knapp, Andrew Miller, John Santoril and R. T. Wll-s-on. On motion, duly seconded, the jockey license of L. McAlee was revoked, under rule 213 of the rules of racing. On motion, duly seconded, it was resolved that Al Koenigsberg be warned and ruled off the turf for offering and making a present to fa jockey la violation of the rules of racing.
