CANADIAN TURF RULINGS Trainers and Jockeys Licensed J. Phillips Standing Restored Kamas Entry Refused. FOUT KKIK, Out.. August 10. At a regular meeting of the Canadian Itaciug Associations, which was held in the clubhouse previous to the running of the days card, the following licenses were granted: Trainers .T. A. P.rause, .1. Iiirks, II. Davis, J. A. Goiirley, K. .1. Ileffcrnan. I. Hill. T. Irwin. T. II. Keeue, J. McCanu, J. Miodow. .1. A. Itysdale, F. W. Staton, A. Thomas, A. Wilson Jr. and It. K. Watkins. Jockeys T. I.urus, Ii. Coney, J. J. Nelson and G. Miclion. The ruling made against J. Phillips last April on tlie recommendation of the Montreal Jockey Club was withdrawn. The further entry of tlie horse Kama was refused for the remainder of the season. The license granted jockey Dishinou was ordered withdrawn, the shite of Dishmoiis health making him unfit to ride. The suspension of jockey K. ISurnes inflicted at Krnilworth was lifted. Further entries of !. Atkinson were ordered refused till a fine imposed upon him af Kenilwortli lias beeti paid,
