JOCKEY FERGUSON RULED OFF For a piece of wanton cruelty jockey J. Ferguson was ejected from the Maisonneuva track Friday afternoon and ruled off all courses under the jurisdiction of the Quebec Breeders and Racing Association. While at the post on Josephine K. in the fourth race Ferguson struck the animal over the head, knocking out one of her eyes.
