AWAY began well and was saved close u;» from the st;;rt to the stretch and. racing into the lead ; when called on. held MISS MKISK safe at the end. The latter liogan slowly and had to come wide -on the stretch turn, hut finished fast. KITTY WILLIAM only ran fairly well and can do much better. GREAT LADY set a fast pace and tired in the stretch. The latter was forced back several times in the early running and raced into the lead in the stretch, but began tiling near the end. LITTLE ANN closed a big gap and finished gamely, but just lasted to hold third place. OLI.IE PALMKK. after being far back, c-.ime fast in the last quarter. HCEN set a fast early pace, but quit badly in the stretch. AKEKKNOCKBK ran a fairly good race. CCKAMO showed speed.
