KEIIRAII raced in closest pursuit, but was tiring at the eud and had to be hard ridden to outstay SAM SMITH. The latter finished fast on the inside. Won easily; second and third driving. SEA TALE, jumping in her usual easy fashion, drew away into a long lead in the first turn of the field and had speed in reserve when RULI/SEYE challenged. The latter tired after making a threatening n;sh when going to the last fence and pulled up lame. SWEElMENT was ridden all over the track and finished fast on the outside. PECCANT tired. One of the stirrup leathers on GIMME broke and he was pulled up. EARLOCKER fell at the ninth jump and LOLLIPOP at the same place.
