9 CLEVELANDS NEWEST TRACK CLEVELAND, Ohio, April L— Ruilding operations are under way at the new Thistledown Jockey Club track in this city. The steel for the grandstand and clubhouse was in place and seventeen "thirty horse" stalls have been erected.
