HAMILTON SPEING MEETING MEETINGHAMILTON HAMILTON Qnt Canada May 26 The spring meeting of the Hamilton Jockey Club this year will be June 9 to 16 following Thorncliffe All the prominent stables that will race at the Woodbine have applied for accommodation at Hamilton which is the only other track where steeplechasing will be seen outside of Woodbine The Hamilton Jockey Club like the Ontario Jockey Club has made every effort to encourage this branch of the sport sportWhile While it is a popular sport with the public few owners go in for jumpers as it is anrex pensive game due rto the hazards and lade of sufficient races of this kind However the Hamilton Jockey Club will endeavor to furnish a race each day through the field for the lovers of steeplechasing
