CASE OF SARATOGA MAJE The disqualification of Saratoga Maje for carrying incorrect weight in the fourth race at Connaught Park June 9, was not made until June 10, and did not effect the betting. The payoff was made on the original finish of the race, the usual procedure in all such cases.
