REBUILDING BOWIE TRACK Work Started Cleaning Up Debris After Eecent Fire Plans for New Buildings. BALTIMORE, Md., June 17. Work has already started on the cleaning up of the debris after the recent Ore which destroyed the grandstand and other buildings at Bowie. Contracts have already been signed for the erection of a handsome and modern steel and concrete grandstand, a new judges stand, paddock and clubhouse. The plans are most pretentious ones and when completed the Bowie plant will be one of the finest in Maryland. Ten thousand cubic yards of filling will be taken out of the infield and used to grade up the gully at the lower end of the bleachers. The new grandstand will extend over this portion of the grounds and will seat 7,500 people. The clubhouse will be much larger than the old structure and will comfortably house a crowd of 2,000.
