OTURK took the lead shortly after the start, raced EIDERBARD into early defeat, saved ground where iossille and won easing up. OMARS DOUBLE raced in close up pursuit of the winner throughout CONGRESS was hard ridden for the entire race and was easily best of the others. LANDSLIl raced well and outfinished the tiring EIDERBARD. The latter showed early speed, but tired in the final eighth. " ANTIMONY, prominent from the start, responded gamely when called on for the final drive and, wearing the leaders down steadily, got up to win in the last strides. ARRANT JADE, away well... raced into an earlv lead and saved ground on the turns and withstood a challenge from SAGUENAi, but tired in the final drive. SOUBRETTE II. raced well and made a game finish. MINERALOGIST raced into second place with a rush, but tired in the final drive. GEMS TO LET raced poorly. JtBE set a good pace under slight restraint for the first three-quarters, but gave way to the winner. JOAQUINA closed an immense gap in the last quarter. GEORGE J. made a game finish.
