ACCIDENT IN FEATURE RACE Jockey Tyron Slightly Injured and Dorchester Cut Down in Fifth Race at Dufferin Park. TORONTO, Ont, June 20. Six made up the field for the fifth race, the feature here, and it resulted in Dorchester having to be destroyed, Belascoain losing his rider, and the rider of Press Gang losing his stirrup irons at the start. The winner turned up in W. D. Hendleys Gold Bells, which was reserved back of the early pace, but her victory was made all the more easy for her when the riderless Belascoain cut across in front of Sparkling Water. The latter continued gamely after meeting this interference and was not threatened for second place, while Pippin had little trouble holding third place. S. Hicks, on Press Gang, after losing his stirrup irons, continued in the wake of his field. Belascoain lost his rider when moving up entering the back stretch, and Dorchester was cut down near the first turn. A. Tryon, the rider on Belascoain, was badly cut on the face when struck by the hoofs of Press Gang. Another large crowd was on hand to witness the sport, J. Glenn purchased the plater Berrilia from T. Frost at private terms.
