IMPROVEMENTS AT BELMONT , NEW YORK, N. Y.. April 7.— Work on the -, improvements in- the club house and turf and t field enclosures, at Belmont Park is being pushed along. Additional boxes have been built to accommodate the demand, but, with i the additional seating arrangements, the demand will not be supplied. The shrubbery f and other greens have been replanted about t the lake in the center field, and in the course e of the next few days the water will be turned I on and the lake allowed to fill up to the e usual summer time level. « .
