Y., April 7— Albert Rost- era, for thirty-five years identified with the . turf, died Thursday afte - a lingering illness at his home. 1234 Pacific street. Brooklyn. The deceased was in his sixty-second year. . He is survived by a widow, who is the sister of Joseph Riley, secretary of the New York State Racing Commission. Mr. Rostern was in the employ of John Walters at the time of his death, and previously was a- oeiated with the late Max Blumenthal and William i Cowan.
