*__ . . _ , DECLARED OUT OF DERBY BALTIMORE, Md , May 12.— The Rancocas Stables Nassak v. ill not be a starter In the Kentucky Derby. This was definitely decided upon this morning. The colt will be sent back to New York. Nassak looked a bit drawn and jaded and is evidently a colt with a delicate constitution. The Brookmeade Stables Brooms broke down during thi running of the Preakness. The colt ruptured the lower tendon and the bow was a rather bad one. This means that Brooms will likely be sent back to the farm in Virginia and retired for the season. J $
