Hea-ton, ■ who filed suit against the Louisville i Jockey Club to force the revocation of an order - suspending his license for the inconsistent - racing of the horse Aregal, today withdrew - that action from the civil district court. . St. Clair Adams, representing Heaton, gave no reason tor withdrawal of the suit.
