INVESTIGATE DEATH HAMILTON, Ohio, May 23.— Federalist died shortly after the running of the last race yesterday, and the stewards are investigating the cause of the horses death. Following the investigation, the stewards issued the following ruling : "Trainer H. C. Wolfe had been suspended indefinitely together with all the horses in his care until they have been placed in the hands of another trainer by their respective owners and such trainer is approved of by the stewards."
