The lattrr raced close up and, saving ground where possible, finished gamely. MY ALLY was hard ridden and raced on the outside, but closed up fast in the stretch. VULNERABLE rtced fairly well and had no mishaps. COL. FALLON was done in the stretch. AMBITIOUS quit. FAB AWAY was in serious trouble after the start and never recovered. TWENTY ONE SIXTY showed the most speed ell the way and won as his rider peased. AMERICAN THUNDER was in closest pursuit all the way and tired, but outfinished HONEYFISH. The latter raced forwardly and showed much speed, but could not improve over third place. J. ti. BENNY began slowly and was outpaced, but saved ground on the inside and closed a great gap. NINE DOLLARS began tiring after going the first half mile. FORWARD PASS unseated his rider after passing the far turn and ran away about two miles after the race. DOLLY POLLY forced the pace and had to race in close quarters, but ran a fine race. WOODFACE raced with the loaders to the stretch, but was outfinished through the last sixteenth.
