ANOTHER KANSAS CITY TRACK KANSAS CITY, Mo., May 24.— Another attempt to conduct horse racing, which is expected to prove more successful than the present venture at Smithville, is scheduled to begin June 7 at Riverside Fark, located about five miles from the local downtown •list rict. The grandstand, with seating capacity of 6,000, built last year to serve do racing devotees, is undergoing some remodeling and will be painted after the work has been completed.
