MOVE STARTING POINT TORONTO, Ont., May 24.— The starting point in the three-quarters-mile races at Woodbine Park has been moved some 100 feet nearer the three-quarters post. The first few days of the meeting the starts in these events were made from the upper end of the chute, which meant that the distances in these races were about six and one-naif furlongs.
