# _ 3 WARNINGTOHORSEMEN NEW YORK, N. Y., June 7.— At a meeting of the stewards of The Jockey Club of New York, held today, significant action was taken when the attention of horsemen, trainers and jockeys was called to rule thirty-three, which reads : "If a horse runs at any unrecognized meeting he is disqualified for all races to which these rules apply. "Any person owning, training or riding horses which run at any unrecognized meeting is disqualified, as are all horses owned by, or in charge of, such person." It is intimated that attention was called to the rule by reason of the proposed meeting near Wilmington, which has been advertised to begin Saturday. It was also recommended at this meeting of the stewards that all associations under the jurisdiction of The Jockey Club employ a veterinary advisor to the stewards of the meeting. Several applications for trainer and jockey licenses were acted upon favorably. There were present at the meeting F. K. Sturgis, John E. Cowdin, Joseph E. Davis, A. H. Morris and R. T. Wilson. J I
