I i Exposition Parks most successful meeting 1 came to a conclusion with the racing of Sat- j urday, June 2, terminating a period of twen- • ty-nine racing days, in which a total of , 02, COO was distributed to the winning own- I ers. The daily average distribution amounted ■ to more than ?C,0S6, with no stake race to i help swell the total. C. B. Irwin was the most successful owner, the horses in his stable earning the fine sum of ,900. The "Wyoming turfmans agprrega- J tion was winner of six races, while it also landed second money on eleven occasions and third eight times. Mrs. It. Pollard also fared •well when the horses in her stable won . . JG.975 by reason of nine winning races, together with one second and one third. Other successful owners were Mrs. L. M. Holmes, with ,050; W. M. Cain, with ,450, and J. J. Greely, with 600 to his credit. Florence Mills, which wr.s winner of two of her starts in track record time, also was the largest money-winning horse racing at the Aurora track. She accounted for ,600, which , was slightly in excess of the earnings of Prisoner, the capable sprinter, which accounted for ,550. Woodfn.ce was winner of three races and also landed second money j on two occasions and earned ,425 for his , owner. Isoard, Jennifer and Aviator were also well up in totals earned. It. Pollard, who trains the horses which run in the name of Mrs. It. Pollard, led the trainers when he saddled nine winners. L. M. Holmes, L. V. Bellew, Sr., C. B. Irwin, B. A. Jones and D. J. OBrien were next in order with six winners each to their credit. J. Inzelone was the most successful of the riders, with eighteen winning mounts to his credit. J. L,cyland, with fifteen, and C. E.
