It-AGFER raced in nearest pursuit of the pacemaker and, heading BASEL L., stood a long drive gamely and won in the last stride. HAZEL U was close up from the start, raced into a good lead while rounding the last turn, but tired badly in the stretch. SOLIDITY reared up into the air at the start and was badly outpaced for the first quarter mile, then made up ground rapidly, but tired in the final drive. WATCH THE TIME moved up fast on tne outside while rounding the far turn, took the lead when, entering the home stretch and, withstanding a long drive gamely, just managed to outstay LACTARIUS. The latter inclined to bear out most of the race, but finished with good speed at the end and was slowly wearing the winner down. AMEN-RA, slow to begin, finished well. PUGET BOUND forced a good pace, raced well when called on, but was blocked by BESPBB and then tired. LA DIVA finished with a rush. HE8PEB tired badly.
