Start tviod and slow. Won driving; second and third the same. PLEASE improved his position steadily, came with a rush through the final eighth and otitfinished SHREW. The latter raced into a clear lead, but tired badly in the final sixteenth. HAUGHTY was close up all the way and finished well. SKOOT LOWS crossed over sharply after the start, then ■bowed a good effort. SPEEDY SHAW had no excuses. ZEPHON ran a good race. HIGH MOON ran well FIRE BINE could never get up. GRACIOUS GIFT was bumped when entering the stretch and tired at the end. SARMATICUS was knocked out of any chance at the start. CANDY PIG had a rough race.
