LINCOLN FIELDS OFFICIALS According to the list of racing officials published in the first condition book of the coming Lincoln Fields meeting, Martin Isa-thanson will be in the stewards stand in succession to Sam C. Nuckols, who has been one of the stewards since the Lincoln Fields track opened. Another change occurs in the list of the placing judges, Joseph McLen-nans name appearing instead of that of Highbee Sherwood of Lexington, Ky., former secretary of the Kentucky State Racing Commission. The remainder of the roster is similar to last year. Judge Charles F. Fricc is the presiding steward and T. C. Bradley one of the associate stewards ; W. H. Shelley, racing secretary and one of the placing judges; Noah II. McClelland, placing Judge and cierk of the scales ; Itobert Shelley, assistant racing secretary and entry clerk ; William Hamilton, starter; Dr. J. T. Chawk, paddock judge, and James Griffin, timer.
