v ANNOUNCE MEETING TORONTO, Ont., June 32.— Roy Car-ruthers of Detroit, on behalf of the Western Racing Association, announces that a meeting will be held at the Devonshire track, Windsor, following the meeting at Kenil-worth. The association has engaged Sam Nuckols and W. A. Hewitt as stewards, W. R. Norvell as racing secretary, George Palmer as starter, and Peter Callen as judge. M. N. Macfarlan will also be among the officials. John W. Smith, former mayor of Detroit, is president of the association.
