BEOOKDALE MISS, racing well in the going, raced into the lead fast and, holding it resolutely, drew away from ANNA BEAL in the stretch aud outfinUhcd S1Y WAY. The latter moved up steadily and came fast through the final three-eighths. ANNA BEAL was hard ridden while setting the early pace briefly and tired badly after reaching the final eighth. CHIZ saved much ground on the turns. AUL1NE CONNOR began slowly and ran a poor race. AGITATION showed early speed and was tiring when her rider was forced to pull her up after being struck in the face by a clod. The latter, also restrained while in close early pursuit, made a game rush after reaching the stretch aud only began tiring after reaching the last eighth. ISOSTASY, away slowly, moved up rapidly after going a half mile, but began tiring after reaching the stretch. QUEENSTON raced well to the final three-sixteenths. COURIER raced wide on the turn, moved up gradually and, finishing well, just failed to get up. BRIGAND raced prominently to the last eighth, where he tired. NOS REDNA was done after going a half mile. AURORA BOREALIS had some early speed. GRANDMA G. had speed under a weak ride and with stronger handling probably would have been a strong factor. The latter was never far back, moved np tlightly after reaching the strct.h and. although racing gamely, could not catch FOREST NYPMH. BONAIRE was taken back repeatedly, finished fast and bar.ly outlasted PIGEON HOLE. The latter raced over the firmest going and made a game finish. BONIVAN showed speed to the stretch, where he tired.
