DIXIANA FARM SALE RUMOR Report That Estate of Late James Cox Brady Has Disposed of Famous Nursery. LEXINGTON, Ky., June 13.— An unconfirmed rumor is current here that Pixiana Farm has been sold by the estate of the late James Cox Brady. The price is said to have been approximately ?25O,000, the purchaser being, it is said, an attorney representing a very wealthy sportsman and manufacturer in the Past. C. J. Fitzgerald, who was identified with the racing and breeding affairs of the late James Cok Brady, arrived here this morning from New York, but when asked concerning the report said he could not confirm it. The rumor carries with it the information that the farm is to continue to be a nursery for thoroughbred horses. Fitzgerald left here tbis evening for a visit to Hopkinsville, Ky., where he is interested in some horses.
