The latter began fast, but was unabD to retain his advantage and dropped back but came again and finished gamely. MAD MULLAH, outpaced early, finished with a rush through the last half mile. BUCEPHALUS moved up rapidly on the turn, but tired after gelling into third place JENNY DEAN raced gamely. THE MAPLE was caught in close quarters at the start. SIN SWEIT set a g .c»l pace and saved ground on the turns, but tired badly in the stretch drive. CANDY-MAKER had no mishaps. DELUSIVE finished fast.
