FAIRMOUNT PARK RULINGS COLLINSVILLE, 111., June 27.— The following rulings were released by the stewards at Fairmount Park today : For unbecoming conduct the license of trainer J. Miller, owner of Scotland Forever, has been suspended and he has been denied all privileges, including admission to the grounds. The stewards have recommended that the Illinois Turf Association revoke his license. Trainer M. Griner of the C. C. Wright stable was before the stewards to explain the sudden improvement of Good Night. After hearing him the stewards took the matter under advisement. No entries will be accepted from the stable pending a decision in the matter. * .
