I BLUE BONNETS NOTES f i ♦ MONTREAL, Que., June 21. Arrangements have been made by trainer O. C. Rasch to ship the horses he is training for the Ascot Stable from here to New York to be on hand for the opening of the Empire meeting. The stable will likely return to Montreal in August for the three meeting* at Ottawa, Dorval and Blue Bonnets. Mortimer Mahoney will return to Baltimore at the conclusion of the meeting- where he will remain until the opening of the Con-naught Tark Jockey Clubs meeting al Ottawa, Earl Walden, who is associated with Mahoney as assistant manager, leaves for Hamilton Saturday night. The first claim of the meeting came after Charley J. S. won the sixth race Thursday. He was taken by the High Stable, which W ta represented in the race by Amen-Ra. The claiming price was ,300.
