SAFETY PIN IN FOURTH HOMEWOOD. 111.. June 21.— Earl Sande deckled to absent Safety Pin from the Illinois Oaks and she will be a starter in the fourth race at Washington Park today. Safety Pins absence from the Oaks postpones Sandes appearance in the saddle under colors. He is now planning to ride next week and will be astride Hermitage.
