RECOVERS FROM INJURIES BOWIE, Md., April 1. Jockey E. Watters is here and ready to accept mounts. Watters spent the winter at the K. E. Hitt farm in Virginia and has been galloping horses all spring. The lad has fully recovered from the injuries he sustained at Belmont Park last fall and Jim Patterson is looking after his engagements. Patterson, who is training a public stable, has taken over the horses of T. W. OBrien. 1
