JOCKEY NEAL REPORTS LEXINGTON, Ky., April 1G. Jockey Paul Neal came over from Louisville and reported to J. J. Greely, who has taken a call on his services for the local meeting. Neal was accompanied by Cecil Howard, trainer for John Marsch, who holds a contract on the clever young rider. Following the Lexington meeting Neal reports back to Howard at Churchill Downs, where he will ride through the entire season at that Louisville track. From the Downs the Marsch stable goes to Washington Park.
