WHEELING TURF NOTES f 4 WHEELING, W. Va., April 16. Condition books for the remaining nine days of this meeting were distributed among horsemen this morning. Ed Springer has taken over the horses of the Blue Park Stable to train. Jockey R. Watson sustained a fall while working a horse here this morning, which caused his absence from the saddle this afternoon.
