HORSE ASSOCIATION MEETING LEXINGTON, Ky., April 19. The regular annual meeting of the Thoroughbred Horse Association, as provided in the constitution, will be held here at 8 p. m. at the Phoenix Hotel on April 23. Election of three directors and outlining of future policies will be the principal business before the members. F. A. Forsythe, secretary, urges all horsemen to be present.
