JAC0P0 DECISIVELY BEATEN Special Cablegram. YORK, England, May 20.— Marshall Fields Epsom Derby candidate, which was second choice to the One Thousand Guineas winner, Cameronian, in the call over the Victoria Club yesterday morning, was decisively defeated here a few hours later in the Londesborough Plate, one mile, by A. F. Bassetts Dr. Doolittle. The latter led Jacopo to the finish by eight lengths. Lord Harewoods Craig Park was third, six lengths farther back. Dr. Doolittle was the odds-on choice at 4 to 6. Jacopo was 13 to 8 and Craig Park 25 to 1. There was only one other starter. In the morning in the callover Jacopo was 100 to 9 in the Derby future while Dr. Doolittle was 100 to 8. The Glasgow Selling Handicap Plate was won by A. K. Macombers Bobbie Burns III. Mrs. Carruthers Lion Heart was second and H. Collins Clydesdale was third. There were fourteen starters. Bobbie Burns III. was 10 to 1 in the betting. Bobbie Burns III. is a French-bred four-year-old son of McKin-ley — Robe Brule. «
