f CHURCHILL DOWNS NOTES ~t LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 20. Daniel E. OSullivan, resident-manager of Churchill Downs, will leave for Washington Park Sunday night. Mr. OSullivan will assist general manager C. W. Hay in completing final ararngements for the Amerl- can Derby, to be run June 20. Bert Williams is sending the eight horses he has in training to Washington Park Sunday, and from there they go to Latonia for the mid-summer meeting.
