FAIRYMAN, rated along in front throughout, was never seriously menaced. AMSTERDAM bore out going to the first turn, improved his position after rounding the far turn and finished fast. PRESIDENT SETH, closest to the winner until midway of the stretch, tired and was hard pressed at the end to save third place. PING COATES worked his way up on the outside in the last half and finished gamely. SUPER TOY was crowded back shortly after the start. MY SCOOP suffered early interference. The latter closed a big gap and came fast and was wearing down the winner. CROWNED HEAD was a factor to the stretch. CHRYSANTHEMUM improved her position. THISTLE DEE showed good speed to the stretch. GULLY JUMPER acted badly at the post. DOUBLE CHIN was crowded back on the first turn.
