STALL GATE FOR RENO RACES RENO, Nev., May 27.— When the first field lines up here July 1 for the start of the twenty-eight or more days of racing, fans will see the Waggoner-Jarvis stall starting gate in use. William P. Kyne, general manager of the Silver State Jockey Club, has announced that the Waggoner-Jarvis gate had been obtained for the Reno meeting and that Jack Jarvis, inventor of the gate, had been signed as the starter.
