J. P. JONES SERIOUSLY ILL LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 27.— John P. C Jones, who yearly breaks yearlings at Douglas Park, is in a critical condition at his I South Louisville home and little hope is entertained for his recovery. Mr. Jones, until I his illness, was enjoying one of his best seasons. The two-year-olds, Allenfern and C Lady Batts, which he prepared for juvenile racing were sent to Washington Park in C charge of F. F. Brant.
