JOCKEYS POPULARITY CONTEST Officers of the Horsemens Benevolent Association, which is sponsoring a popularity contest among the jockeys at Washington Park, report that interest in the race for the most popular rider is keen, with jockeys McCoy and Smith having an edge on their rivals at present. A handsome saddle and whip will be awarded the winner.
