Judge Coughlin allowed the appointment on condition that one meeting be held at the course during the present summer. C. A. Pfeffer and associates are plaintiffs in the action and must, by the terms of the order, either conduct a meet- ing themselves or arrange to lease the prop- erty to some other party for at least 0,000 for the operation of a meeting.
