PLAN STEEPLECHASE COURSE LEXINGTON, Ky., June 10— William x Woodward, president of the National Fox Hunters Association, accompanied by Thomas B. Dewhorst, engineer, this afternoon began the measurements of the steeplechase j course at Hamburg Place. The course is to be built at the expense of Edward and l Joseph Madden, and is to be used for the first time for the ,000 Steeplechase event, , which is to be a feature of the annual meeting - of the National Fox Hunters Association - here next November.
