G., Detroit, Mich.— Black Gold won the 1924 Kentucky Derby. The American Derby was not run between the years 1904 and 1A26. F. P., Chicago, 111.— mutuels paid, Golden Prince, .80 straight, .40 place, .60 show. J. J., Sidney, Ohio.— Entry was disqualified. Order of finish was Westko, Bubsy C, Dark Abbot. R. L, Detroit, Mich.— The Heathen has won in the mud, but he never won a race at a mile. C. W. F., Richmond, Ind.— Bet was out of order. You cannot win twice on the same horse. The "if coming" was dead.
