ILLINOIS STATE FAIR RACES Racing will be an important feature of the Illinois State Fair to be held at Springfield from August 22 to August 29, inclusive, according to announcement today by Joseph McLennan. On August 22 six ■ races will be run and seven headed **y the ,000 added running of the Governors Derby on August 29. On each other of the seven days two races of ,600 value each will be offered. Purses of from 00 to 00, exclusive of the Derby, will be raced for on each of the two Saturdays.
