TUESDAY CHARITY DAY MIAMI, Fla., Feb. 16. Tuesday, February 23, will be Charity Day at Hialeah Park. Miamis neediest charities will be aided, as the entire proceeds of the afternoons racing at Hialeah Park will be turned over to a committee composed of E. C. Romfh, president of the First National Bank; D. J. Mahoney, general manager of the Miami Daily News, and Frank B. Shutts, publisher of the Miami Herald. This committee will determine to which charities the money will be distributed. Walter C. Kelly, the Virginia judge, will be master of ceremonies and already has obtained Irene Bordoni from the Embassy Club. Helen Morgan, Ziegfeld Follies star, now appearing at Club Lido, also is expected to participate.
