DR. FREELAND NOW 3 TO 1 AGUA CALIENTE, Mexico, March 1. Dr. Freeland was firmly entrenched as the Agua Caliente Handicap favorite this morning when Zeke Caress lopped a half point from his price, making him 3 to 1. Phar Lap is next in line, being quoted at 4 to 1. Phar Lap was on the track this morning and took his usual gallop. He showed no signs of lameness and seemed as good as ever. He was reported to have picked up a stone in his Sunday gallop. Seths Hope, because of his good race in the Agua Caliente Fashion Stakes, found favor with many fans and is now 10 to 1 in the Agua Caliente book, while Marine is the same price. Other changes were Alexander Pantages, from 40 to 20 to 1; Good and Hot, from 30 to 40 to 1. Wotan has been withdrawn.
